About nextooh Trip & Event Planner

nextooh is a lightweight way to plan things together: a trip or event with friends, or the regular meetups of your club or group. Create one and share a single link. For a trip, everyone agrees on dates, weighs in on where to stay and what to do, and keeps shared costs even. For a club, everyone sees the schedule, says whether they're in, and the treasurer keeps track of who's paid. No account needed.

What you can do

• Start a trip or a club and share a single link. Everyone joins in seconds with just a display name, no sign-up.
• Poll everyone on candidate dates — watch the tally update live, then the organizer locks in a winner, breaking ties by hand if needed.
• Poll on links too: paste accommodation or activity URLs and each becomes a preview card with the title, image, and price where available.
• Log shared expenses and split them equally. See who owes whom at a glance, with a suggested way to settle up.
• Run a club or weekly group: a repeating schedule, In / Maybe / Out for every date, and a fee list per season (per member, or a team total shared by attendance) with a tick for everyone who's paid. Set up club
• Use it in English and 11 other languages.

Good to know

• Participants are anonymous by default. The invite link plus your browser session is your identity, so no email or password is required.
• Everything you add, to a trip or a club, is stored on a server and shared with everyone who has the link. Anyone with the link can join and add votes, expenses or replies.
